ALL BBK short unequal length 99-03 F150/Expedition 5.4L headers are manufactured with 1 5/8" CNC mandrel bent tubing for un-restrictive airflow and a one piece laser cut flange for added strength and durability. ALL BBK exhaust headers are pressure tested to ensure leak free performance.
